Hello and welcome to “The Switchfoot Way of Life”!

My name is Brandy Jensen, and I will be writing a… book (if that’s what you’d like to call it) … with each chapter titled and based around Switchfoot songs. I’ll post every week or so with a new chapter, basically to challenge myself and as an ode to the band.

The story will be of my own design, just based on song titles. Switchfoot is an amazing band (my favorite band to be exact), so give them a listen. :)

DA RULES:

1. At least one line of dialogue from each chapter will be lyrics from the subjected song. 

2. The story must flow all the way through in a way that makes sense. 

3. If a song appears on multiple albums it is not required to write a passage for that song multiple times.

4. Each chapter must be at least as many pages as there are minutes in the song.

5. The songs can be chosen at random, they are not required to be in order.

6. Each song sharing the title of the album itself must be used as a turning point in the story.
